Congratulations, Sarah. I know you are going to really enjoy Ed's gift. Can't wait to see the pictures - but, remember, no peeking!

Merry Christmas to you to Ed, and to all on this forum. Thank You for the chance, please count me in.

Awesome!
I'm so happy for you P!! You deserve it!
Don't know why but I'm more happy than if I would've won it.

Thanks for hosting the giveaway Ed!

Picking a knife for the give away this year was especially hard for me. Not because it is hard to decide to do it, but because I would hope that the winner would be happy. It is hard to pick something for somebody when you are not really sure about their tastes and doubly hard when you don't even know who will win it. Kind of like giving any other kind of Christmas gift I suppose. I picked a knife that I personally like and recently purchased and felt might be well received by most. I don't look at my give aways as a way of getting rid of something I don't want; I want to give something that means a bit to me.

So, when we all see what Ms. ~P. has received, we will be able, perhaps, to see if she likes it as much as I do.

I really appreciate each and every one of you that entered the give away because it made me feel that you had faith that you would receive something of value for your trouble. Unlike the "three stages of balding" that I received as a "white elephant" gift one Christmas. Made from the feet off of an old bathtub, they were actually quite creative. But, useless.... and fun. Now that I've brought that up, I'm probably going to have to put up a picture.

Congrats P and thank you T not just for the chance to win but for being here and giving your time.

Congrats to Sarah!

Thanks for the nice GAW, Ed.

Please allow me to enter. I think I qualify, and I can pass the item on to someone else if I cannot use the item myself.

Seems a bit odd that my PO decided to use those stamps. Usually use a postage meter tape.

Anyway, Glad to see it arrived safely.

Well, there's more than one way to get rid of stamps no one deliberately buys...

Uh oh, was that some coal I heard landing under the Christmas tree.

Yep. I think that is exactly what was happening with that. I just paid my money and took my delivery confirmation receipt and left. Didn't give the actual postage a thought until I see it in P.'s post there. I'll make a note to self to buy and affix postage myself in the future.

Anyway, I am glad it made PA intact and on time. I hope she likes the gift.

I did think the stamps were somewhat out of character (from what I've gathered of you from your postings here), if only because they've been affixed crookedly! Heh. One must admit, they do make the package festive.

I hope she likes the gift.

We would already know, were it not for all these Rulez.

(I already do like it, just because, but can't wait to see what you've chosen. Two more days!)

Woo-hoo, congrats ~P!

Thanks again for the giveaway Ed, and for reminding me what the season is about in the first place. It's been hectic here with family having surgery, though my father-in-law comes home today for which we are very thankful.

Merry Christmas everyone!

Cheers,
Griff

Ah, yes, the Rulez. They must be followed. But, I'm as anxious as anyone.
