I started with a regular 710 years ago, either sold or traded it when I downsized my modern folder collection, and replaced it with the 710-1401. Still have that one and still my favorite BM.

it’s the marking for benchmades old bt blade coating

Who still has or makes 710 scales other than the Russian guy? Preferably in the USA so that hiccups of the custom or delay in shipping can be avoided.

Our estimable, in-house BF member Keyman makes excellent custom 710 scales. He made these for my -1401 a few years back....

I still yearn for the return of the 710 to this day. I know it’ll never happen. But that doesn’t stop me from fantasizing.
