The absolute best quality spyderco for the least amount of $ with following crit....

The Dragonfly 2 in foilage green G10 would fit the bill. If you can get past the carbon fiber scales, the Chaparral would be perfect.
 
If you get like 30 more dollars than you can buy a paramilitary 2. It has a compressoion lock,plain edge,its pretty big and chunky,and its got g-10.
 
i bought a pm2 recently brand new shipped for 106...it looks like exactly what you want. just gotta wait until it's available :)
