This contest could get interesting......

 :D

If you post your own ink, won't it be really simple to identify who they belong to? Maybe I don't understand the challenge.

Jerry will post pictures of busse combat employee's tattoo's. We have to guess which tattoo belongs to which employee, and on what part of the body it's located.

Will the names of the employee's be given, or do we have to remember/find the names of each employee from previous posts/discussions on the boards?

I think I have the first Scrapyard Tat of all the dogs. I got mine before the scrapper 6 came out. So that will date it.

I have a fair amount of tattoo work done, but not as much as I'd like. If I had the money, I'd have 2 full sleeves by now. I started out slow with a tattoo artist in grover beach california. He modified both tattoo's in process without telling me, something that I consider an unforgivable sin for tattoo artists. Any time I hear or see this, I refuse to consider or advocate for that artist since they are no longer trustworthy of giving you what you asked for. This was back in 2004.
'my symbol' (except the end tentacles are not supposed to be pointed, they were curved in the initial design), 2004

Then I met Corey Williams when he was working at Marco Polo's Pizza in santa maria. He was within his first years of tattooing and needed the work, so he gave me a deal of 400 for a full back piece that he did the art for based on my description. It ended up being 11.5 hours of work so it was good deal. I was happy with the spine piece since bones can only be so stylistic, I just asked for something that looked realistic and I was happy with what he showed me.

But where he really shines is his ability and willingness to take something directly from paper and apply it to skin. In this piece (my own work) he included a small line mistake I made. You might think "well he should have seen it and pointed it out", but in my view it makes him that much better because of the reliability in transferring.

On the right you can see another piece, annabelle from the graphic novel series 'nightmares and fairytales' by sarena valentino. The art for that series was initially done by FSC, which is where that piece was taken from. This was something I did in photoshop working off a very small caribou head image, so small that it lacked a lot of the finer detail in the fur. He constructed the coloring for both the fur and antlers from scratch in process, and he did an excellent job for what I wanted.

In this last image you can see a sjtacle. total time for this peice was somewhere around 18-20 hours in three sessions.

Sounds like a fun contest.

Why do I think that the bossman has a tramp stamp! (he seems to get drunk a lot).

That's actually pretty disturbing for some reason...what's it supposed to be? I can't tell past all the fur...

I only have two, but I'm very proud of both!
