I have to admit though that when we first met you did not strike me as the tattoo type. You just seemed so nice and genuine. I never would have pictured tattoos. Then I got to know you and realized that you are all of that and much more.

...and add a Chuckette on each shoulder blade (like wings of INFI) and crossed SH's under my guns...
or an FSH crossed with an FBM...there we go....

While I am of the opinion that no modifications of any sort should be done without absolute medical necessity, I don't think that was the intent of his post. Rather he intends to get a tattoo himself of his baby's hands on his chest.
