I'm ordering steel for another big Field Knife pattern now. A SDFK. (super duty). I'll narrow the primary grinds a tad, bump the spine up to a full 1/4", add a little length to the blade and put some weight in the end of the tang to keep the balance on the guard. A run of 350 of them, no pre-orders.

Once this K18 logjam clears there are a lot of cool things in the pipe line.

Why in the hell did I ever do a sword?

Hey Nathan how about an EDC / DEK hybrid w/ a 4" swedged blade and handle like a cross between the EDC ad DEK.

To the CPK forum regulars, what do you the think sale of those 350 SHDFKs will look like? Will it all be in one Friday sale type deal to the first 350 to respond? Broke out into chunks of 20, 50, 100, etc over multiple sales? I'm surprised no pre-order if 350 are being made? I'm gonna need one of these one way or another!

Jumping back to the axe discussion, I loves my axes... though I don't have a lot of use for them these days. Doesn't mean I wouldn't consider adding a CPK axe to the fold.
