Saw benchrest's posts and said "hold my beer"?What the heck happened?
At least, this wasn't a consequence of CPK blade use, LOL. And although at my age, there is the issue of falling being a problem, this was not a result of that. Fucking fuses!!!What the heck happened?
Ouch! Take care of the leg, Bob. And maybe consider figuring out how to put some steps and maybe a railing where they're needed? At least, this wasn't a consequence of CPK blade use, LOL. And although at my age, there is the issue of falling being a problem, this was not a result of that. Fucking fuses!!!
A fuse blew and I went outside to change it, using a shortcut through a storage area ( from one side of the house to the other side) to reset it. Once accomplished, a two foot step-up is required to re-enter the structure. I have two bad shoulders that my ortho guy "makes mo betta" with injections (I don't qualify for surgeries). So going from ground level up two feet is a bitch for me, holding each side of the doorway with each hand and trying to lift myself up. WELL, what you see is the result - I got up the two feet, but hit this right lower leg (yes, it is the lower) on the door threshold piece at the bottom.

If you managed to scrape your leg that badly due to the awkwardness of the 2 foot step up, it sounds like a potential for a fall that could cause even worse injury.
I didn't mention that the place sits on hill at about a 45 degree angle, meaning that the degree of difficulty trying to do the 2 foot step up, well, it's never that simple, lol. Especially at 75, three strokes, pacemaker (1999), L5-S1 fusion (1986), bypass x 5 (1988), one addn'l stent (1999), right carotid full stenosis, left carotid endarterectomy (2015), ablation (2019). But frankly, the wound doesn't yet hurt in any way. With the history mentioned, much less bloodflow though with that, it's gonna take a long time to heal.
But I do have a pretty good sense of my stability on my feet, unless circumstances piss me off (blown fuse) and I do something stupid. Pic to follow at bandage change.......
Bruh.Especially at 75, three strokes, pacemaker (1999), L5-S1 fusion (1986), bypass x 5 (1988), one addn'l stent (1999), right carotid full stenosis, left carotid endarterectomy (2015), ablation (2019).
That looks like something "Chester the Molester" would wear...........just sayin.....Looks like my mustache back in the 70's.
Just took the pic, here y'all go, was down close to the bone - very minor in comparison to some of the real wounds....

Hi Nathan. Does the folder still look like this?
maybe a coincidence, I just asked in the whatever thread if CPK would ever make a folder.I have not worked on the design recently if that's what you mean
I’ve been wondering and suggesting it for years, then he comes up with a new model with the help of Lorien. Now what was the question?maybe a coincidence, I just asked in the whatever thread if CPK would ever make a folder.
