The "Ask Nathan a Question" Thread

Have any spy shots of the new LMC been leaked ?

This might qualify, but I'm not sure. It does look like a LMC to me.
My brother Jonathan and I were at Mom's today having another Thanksgiving.

Oh my God I'm getting so fat

Edit: Although he's getting really fat 😁

We were shooting at some of her potatoes (don't tell Mom) that we had brought down to the back 40 and stuck on some sticks.

These will absolutely blow up a potato lol

Nathan are the ghetto grind edc's today just like the satin grind from the preorder?
Some scale material can tolerate more force than others. Ebonite and wood don't need to get crushed. TT isn't micarta or G10 etc.

We use Loctite so the torque isn't really critical to keep the fastener from becoming loose. It's enough to hold the scale down tight and then a little more. I'm sorry, I don't actually have a spec for that.

120 grit basic utility grade grind.

Is there a torque spec you recommend on the scale fasteners? I know, I know… I’m OCD… but please indulge me if this is something you’ve measured. Thanks!
From the OCD, to the OCD;

As someone who’s wrenched on cars enough, to have learned when you can feel a bolt stretch to torque spec (there’s a point, where you no longer feel that steady increase in force required to turn another 2-3 degrees), and someone who uses a calibrated torque driver for scope rings, my SWAG is that 20-25 in-lbs is plenty, considering the size of the fasteners and the blue loctite.
