The Beer Scout Knife

Great photos and great beer!

I was reminiscing today, when I first really got into traditional knives a few years ago, this pattern just sat on dealers websites for weeks and weeks, I recall particularly the beer barrel oak ones. I thought it was a cool pattern but kind of a cheesy shield and I was not a believer in the sheepsfoot.

Fast forward a few years, and how I wish a younger me would have bought just one for myself to try out. Sheepsfoot has become my favorite shape, and I’ve largely graduated from twist
-off to pry-off beers. Oh well... I’ll live vicariously through you all.

Incredible collection!
Thank you bud. Not complete yet but I’m working on it. I had a few of the ones I’m missing and sold them a good while back unfortunately. I have three of the smooth bones so I will day trade out one or two for Beer Scouts or Soda Scouts that I don’t have.

You can always dye one of the smooth white ones into a unique color choice of your choosing...creating your own one of one. I have more than one of the golden ale jigged bone versions and so I dyed one dark green with a splash of black. Kind of fun.
