Thats my problem too...once Spring starts rolling around a lot of the beer I drink is in cans!!

it did not- I think you had to order from GEC. But TSA sold them with their beer scouts they sold as seconds.

No they did not come with the knife BUT the tubes on the Beer Scouts contains a membership “card” that the image on glass partially replicates. The tubes for the SFOs like the Soda Scouts do not have the membership card....so to be a member (in good standing), you have to have a full on Beer Scout.

Back to the glasses, there are two versions...I have pictures of both if you scroll back through this thread. GEC offered them as did Smokey Mountain Knife Works if I remember correctly.

Timely note here. Seems like a lot of breweries up here are discontinuing bottles. I guess the virus thing has first put a huge sabot in physical bottle returns and second raised concerns about how to manage those.

Time for a new revision! How about renaming it the "Church Key". Used it to pop open tabs on aluminum cans. But you can still have the normal cap lifter format still.

Great to have these two iconic knives.
Wish I could find a bail though.
Tried Collectors Knives but it's too thick so won't fit.
Any ideas?

Collector Knives has two sizes for bails. The smaller should fit your knife.

I got both sizes.
They appear to be 2.5mm thick while the beer scout ones are 2mm.
Doesn't seem much but enough to not fit in the lanyard hole even with a bit of filing.
