Nice start Will.I wish we had basements in florida then I could relocate the wife's laundry room and expand my shop.
Being a gas man by trade I notice you have a gas water heater down there.I highly recommend you get a carbon monoxide detector for your shop if you don't already have one,also keep in mind due to the pilot light in the water heater you will have a constant ignition source in that room.here is a picture of my shop,man it is crowded,I don't even have room to hang machines from the ceiling.
