Whats the finish like on that? Smooth like the earlier roll stamped beckers or that tough new finish that feels more textured?

I carry the16 and 17 taco sheathed in my front pants pocket a lot, shorts and jeans. If I’m going to be sitting I take it out and use it or set it down next to me. The 18s sheath without the belt loop strap on looks like it would work even better. Maybe my pants have larger pockets 36” w 32” L
