I know a lot of people have had bad experiences with them, but both times i used them i got my knife within three days. That said, I never received a shipping notification or anything. I am going to steer clear of them from now on, because I don't want to risk my money.

Never order a sprint run spyderco from them, I wish I had did a little more research on the online site beforehand but oh well.
The Bladeshop is the worst outfit that I have dealt with. I bought a knife that seemed to be in stock, it wasn't. They sent me an email that it was on backorder and charged my credit card for a knife that they didn't have. It took me 2 1/2 months and about 6 phone calls to finally get my money back.
I wish that I had checked here before I dealt with those crooks.
