THE BUSSE CHAT THREAD!

Got the wrong gears delivered. So now waiting in the right ones. Everything should be in this week. So hopefully I can drop the jeep off next week and the 2-3days ill have her back.
Then I get to have the fun of breaking in the gears for 500 miles....lol

New Pants Day
Gotta say, I'm loving this OD Green Canvas for my Fat ASH1!
I really wantes the leather over kydex but, at the last moment I decided to go with Canvas
I'm glad I did. David, you killed it man
The sheath for my Liberty Heart I did go with a Leather over Kydex and its super nice
But, this OD Green Canvas has stole the show

Part of me want to strip the coating. I feel like it looks good under there, but part of me likes it just how it is.
Guess ill wait until it arrives and decide.

Sheath for the new GSP incoming! David picked the perfect kydex print for it! He even knew i needed the Sheath before I sent him an email!
Awesome dude! I really enjoy doing business with him!

Tomorrow morning the jeep goes in to the shop!
New Revolution 4.88 gears, lift kit with fox shocks all around, new 35s,rims,programmer and she'll finally be done! For now...lol
Ill do some before and after pics once I get her back next week. The ride home will suck because I gotta break the gears in!

What a beautiful horse!
We raised quarter horses when i was a kid. Good sturdy trail horses nothing spooked them. Well a few times on camp outs something got them riled up but grandpa fired a few rounds in the woods and everything calmed down.
Later in life I dated a girl who was big into that fancy riding I cant spell and her best friend was on the Irish riding team. I never could get used to riding that style, but it felt kinda similar to riding a sportbike.

DennisM hooked me up with another Scrapyard Retriever! I have 1 and a Magnum, but this one has a choil and the orange handle to match my Magnum. My current one will be placed on one of my backpacks, body armor,or MP-5 mag carrier or who knows with me.
Super stoked to get it! It will see alot of use.

Still need a Sarsquatch and a Rodent trail. Wouldn't mind a AMS also.

Okay gotcha.
The girl i dated did English and dressage? Probably spelled wrong...lol! Also some other stuff, but didnt ride western and surprisingly wasn't a good trail rider!? I dont think she trusted the horse and what the could do or it was the mosquitoes and hores flies that swarmed her....lol.
One day id like like to have horses again, but the work that comes with horses may make me rethink it....lol

Lookin good. My oldest boy just got back home from Texas with 3 more horses to add to the herd.
2 for breeding stock:

And new roping horse:

I used to think knife collecting was expensive, then I married a horse girl and had horse kids. I hate to think about the knives and guns I could have had if life had gone a different way.

But, wouldn’t trade it for the world.

Gorgeous! He did great!
And, I hear ya man. Thats why we just do riding lessons for now- of course we will one day get her, her own horse. ( ive offered several time but, shes smart- she tells me shes not ready for her own horse yet) I think also a lot people dont understand how fragile horses can be which really contributes to the overall expense
But, Garth I'm like you, I still wouldn't trade it for anything- she just loves her lessons & especially being around horses
We especially love going to Lexington, Kentucky for the annual Defender Series
If you ever get a chance please go - i reckon if I had to live any other place than home it would be Bluegrass Country for sure
