The Busse Viking Warship Is Coming!!!!. . . . Sunday, December 20, 2020 at 9:00pm Eastern!!!

Oh boy!!! I'm gonna try for one of these BEASTS!!!:D:thumbsup::thumbsup:
I hope there is a standard run next year if we miss scoring a prototype in the Gaanzaa.

Neat that Busse is a class of Viking longboat specifically designed for war.

How have I never known that until now???

WOW!! but no comp finish???!!! NOOOOOO
WHY??:(:(:(

I'm not sure if you noticed but this knife has a theme. Its modeled after a battle worn weapon that has been brought back to life. Sure it can be used as such but I think its more geared towards the collectors. You can always strip it down if you like....

Most BAD ASS blade ive seen in a LONG time and its the only release with no option for bare INFI.. D***it

Wouldn't it be easier to grind down a comp finish Battle Mistress rather than stripping this entire blade?

Good point. You might have to hit this bad boy with a sand blaster or sheet of sandpaper. If thats your prerogative I'd wait to see if Jerry thinks the shape we is worth bringing to the mainstream crowd. My guess is that this is near and dear to his heart and the answer would be no.

Everyone seems to be demanding a wharncliffe so I wouldn't be surprised if something like this was available in the near future with all the options. My money is on one and done with this bad boy though...

Yes i know but the scales are coated as well.. i dont do the " safe queen" thing..i use it... an this screams to be beaten... i wish the "worn" had been a rough hammered infi.
But wow..what a blade design..Jerry knocked that out of the park

JERRY..whatever booze your suckin back in the last 2 weeks..keep drinkin it. These last 2 designs have been absolutly epic..IMHO

We have a winner!!!:cool::cool: . . . Good eye!!! . . . That observation just won you a $100.00 Shop Credit good toward the purchase of a Viking Warship Prototype (As long as you get in quickly enough!!!)

These are shorter Custom Shop Variants of the Forsaken Mistress and the balance is excellent!

Congrats HOG!

Let's Drink!:thumbsup::thumbsup:

since this is a prototype i think we can expect it to show up again with more typical options in the future (Coated/DC/Comp. Choice of handles/ etc..).

I feel like these two ceracoats would age well with hard use though, probably even look better ;)

I love the Forsaken Mistress... But admittedly not the biggest fan of the Fusion handle's depth of milling... I wonder how this would do with hand shaped scales, which I find to be more comfortable? I wouldn't want to mess with the beautifully Cerakoted handle after it's been done.. (like sanding/shaping the handle after it's been coated)
