What is the cheapest knife (or knives) that you trust for everyday use? I imagine most everyone will answer with a folder. I would have to say my Marble's jumbo trapper and Buck medium trapper.

Hmm, my Buck 110 and small puukko cost about the same (my cheapest knives). I'd trust them both to day-to-day knife chores, but prefer the puukko.

The cheapest would be any of my Mora knives. I use them every day and trust them to do everything i would do with a knife. My Buck 110 at 30.00 would be on the list as well as one 7.00 S&W folder which does not hold the best edge but is darn sturdy. Going up, the Junk Yard Dog ll from Kershaw is a tank as is the CS Ultimate Hunter.

I have undemanding enough of daily needs for a knife that I could trust a sharpened scrap of tin to do the job.

780 Mora for me! #2 Mora a close second. These pics are when I got them. Very used now but still fully functional. YMMV

For most of the stuff I use a knife for day in day out - LST's fill the bill.So why is my curent EDU a Sebenza?

It all depends on what I am trusting my knife to do ;)
