Looks good, but I have to ask, wouldn’t the sheep’s foot blade be infinitely more useful in the city than the spey blade?
Of all the blades of a stockman to omit, my preference would be to see the spey gone and add a second sheep’s foot or coping blade.

I can understand the lines flow better without the sheep’s foot standing proud, but to call it a city stock whilst retaining the only blade designed for country chores like castrating critters makes me scratch my head a bit.

Plenty of stray cats in the city need sorting out.

I bought an ebony and a micarta and chopped the spears into sheepsfoots just like that. I ended up selling both a few years ago. There was another guy that also did it. (Edit to add… I just saw you ID’d the modder) I cant remember if I got the idea from him or he did from me. Either way I think it made the knife a million times better

Schrade made a nice version, (above) and Case also made a City Stock, on their #47 frame!! This is the 05247SP!! Case XX over U.S.A. makes this knife from 1965 to 1969!!
A nice knife, with a single spring, and the round bolsters of the ubiquitous Case Large Stockman!!

This is my first and it’s a boy, I decided to settle down much later in life and convinced the wife to start all over. I have 2 step kids that are 20 and 17.
