Depending on whether you'd be buying from a dealer or on the secondary market, the difference could be quite big.

Well, yes, a Traditional Knife with Coins.
A Small PenKnife and about a hundred and fifty centavos - less than ten cents US today.
I make the "Coin Silver" Escutcheons from old silver Mexican Centavos and Reales and US Dimes and Quarters.
