Yeah, I love them old Mopars...
This is mine...
Me & my "Brother" Kev just started working on it after a 20 year "rest"...

Its a 69 Super Bee, 383, 4-speed...well, it was when it was new...
I bought it fried to a crisp in New Mexico & hauled it back home to Alberta...

Took me a year for my crippled self to scrape all the undercoating & Hanta Virus out of it...

Then to my friends shop for a couple of years...
new 1/4s, sub frame connectors, and then painted top & bottom on a rotisserie...

It was worth the trip to NM to get a dry car...
it only needed the 1/4 because of a tire fire...
floor, trunk, around windows, all like new after it was soda blasted...

I wouldn't have done such a resto if I thought about it more...
it's not like it's a one colour hemi car built on my birthday or anything...

I should have painted it flat black & been driving it for the last 20..
But, I like the color...

My exes uncle heard me talking at the farm, that I wanted a 440...
He takes me to his farm, pulls back the tarp & has a 1969 HP2 440 Magnum sitting on a pallet...
Says he has to charge me though...
$200 with the automatic...🙄ok Uncle Al!!

So, I have the seats done, the original split bench... I also recovered a set of buckets from a parts car... I like the buckets no console four speed look...

493 Stoker kit...
I had a kitchen water leak, flooded my place...
So, I got the insurance money & bought a set of Aluminum Heads... ;)

Anyway...
just thought I'd share what's happenin at my 4.5 acres in the woods...

If my turn for a RedMeadow Knisef ever comes up again, think we could find a close green?
No Worries John, I'm still sitting on the porch waiting for my first!!!!!

I'm in the city🤢(yuck) baby sitting my exes puppy... She's off hiking in Newfoundland...
So, I was up at 4 because Roscoe wanted to play... He's 110 Pounds of playful Rotty, lol...
So, I was up to holler at the jerk trying to break into the neighbours car...🙄

I thought it was my Jeep, so as I was reaching for the mossberg (What? It has a flashlight lol) I remembered my Jeep was in the garage after it took me all evening to wrestle the 35" tire back on...

So, I just hollered, the second time I thought about sending Roscoe out for a run...
but I fight my own fights, if I can get to my glasses & my cane in time (I ain't aging well)...

Ok, there's more than you wanted to know about Sixx, I'm in the wrong forum, but...
Pretend I'm buying lunch & drinks, and chatting on a rainy Alberta day...

Never a waste Randy, that things gonna be awesome. You'd be amazed how many trailered classic cars I see heading North into Alberta. From pristine to demolished from every decade. I wish I could find the picture but I once saw the Batmobile, a Flintstones car and the Munsters Hot Rod on mother same trailer barreling up the road. It was hilarious.

I would have loved to see that!!
I got to sit in the actual Batmobile, and George Barris was there at the car show…
I told him I was an apprentice, and if he would shake my hand, and hopefully some talent would run off!!
He was really cool about it!!

My friends had a little guy, who LOVED Batman…
This was before everyone had a computer…
I asked my brother if he could put that little guys head on the Batman in the batmobile…
I didn’t realize how much trouble it was, on a Tandy computer, but he got er dun!
That used to be little guy Brad didn’t know what to think…

And, I absolutely love that Movie American Grafitti !!
I would love a 60 year old Yellow Deuce coupe…!!
So, I was at a car show, and Bo from the Pharohs was there, and DEBBIE…
My friend Rog took my camera (we had cameras back then) and got her to give me a kiss…lol!
She looked pretty good, even with the age difference…
Roger is a real character, he tells her, oops, didn’t get it, you better kiss him again, longer this time
Haha!! Poor girl, kissing random rednecks at a car show…

Thanks for helping rev up some old memories!

I was on my way to a client site a few months ago and the Batmobile was on the road stalled and being jumped by another car. I should have pulled over and snapped a pic, but traffic prevented me from doing so.

6850 6850 actually I'm on the TX / OK border but my address makes me an Okie now
we use to live in TX full time and OK part time but the wife and I decided to move to OK full time to retire and sold our TX house

Got word today that the one package that no tracking information available was delivered. Of course, one that says "Delivered" is somewhere in the ether....
