It's interesting, I wasn't very fond of it at first sight; I preferred the sandblasted handles with the damascus blade. However, having just gotten a CF-inlay with polished handles, I've found I really enjoy the way CRK does the polished slabs. The basketweave is my absolute favorite for EDC, so I am very excited for this one.
 
Oooooo I get it now! I've never even thought about buying my knife a companion knife. I know it works in horses. Let's see if I can get it past my wife!!
