Thanks! I spoke with Anne in Vegas and she said to send it in and they would take a look at it and see if it could be re-etched. So I wasn't even sure if they would re-etch it, I certainly wasn't expecting to have it done at no charge.

It's a user in good shape but the Damascus has faded a bit. For kicks the pic shows how this older 2013 Raindrop compares to the newer.
