Good guess, but not Walnut. Your first and best clue is the configuration of the knife. It's a 2012 or later origin.

Madagascar wasn't an intentionally limited run as far as I know, and those knives are much older. I think they just didn't make very many. Clue #3, dealer exclusive.

They've gotten so scarce lately you wouldn't think of it. That, and the grain of these varies so much that it's not recognizable by it's look. Here's the 2 I already have, they bear little resemblance.
