Thank you! I'm starting to get it. None of my other knives feel as solid or as smooth as this and I own a lot of knives from the popular makers. I'm very impressed.

I'm already considering some more lanyards like this one:

This date is like a bad penny to me. Every single time I sell or trade away a knife with this date, I have another inbound within a week. Luckily I don't mind, because this is either the 4th or 5th knife I've had with this date!

I have to say that I prefer this look 100% over the polished handles.. this just screams "USE ME"!!! I have to give a 2 thumbs-up for this really awesome job (more like favor) that @flyingjon did for me.. you the man Jon...

Thanks to a great friend on the forum for tipping me off to the nicest Small 21 Mammoth Bark I've ever seen! The hues of brown, green, red & white look outstanding! I can't wait to see it first hand within few days! I'll post some better picture when it arrives.


 
Nice bark! Now if someone would tip me off to a large damascus. Rare as hen's teeth Grandma would say.
