Yeah, I saw that date after I'd paid for it. Pretty cool, and a bit of irony, since I just said good-bye to my Valentine's Day sweet Regular. I just wanted that one for the damascus, so I can put my large Micarta raindrop on the block.

LW, Nice knives. mammoths are at the top of the heap. The varity is amazing. Also, I had to look at that second one twice. It looks a lot like one of mine.

I saw those last night, also. I am surprised that they keep popping up every now and then. BUT! Where are the large and Damascus????

I was offered one at a bit of a premium, but the bark wasn't really what I am looking for. Hoping to get one similar to your dark one. That's part of the challenge, the hunt.

I see what you mean, just your's is darker. There's someone here who has a really white one like mine, except the bark runs crossways, where mine is lengthwise. From the pics, I like this one better than the darker one.
