The CRK Anticipation Thread - Show Your 'Inbound's!

I just picked up this beauty in the Exchange this afternoon!!! I have been looking for a Box Elder like this one for quite some time and finally found one. It should arrive by the end of the week and joins my LV, Bocote and Honduran Rosewood...

So I'm pretty bumbed out :(

I was supposed to receive a Large Sebenza with Mammoth Bark inlay and Damascus blade. Through no fault of the seller he had to cancel the deal and refund my money.
 
I reached out to CRK this week to order a 25. It will be my first CRK but I am guessing it will not be my last.
 
Back on page six I posted a pic I sent CRK that I wanted engraved onto a Sebenza. Today I got an email from Heather, this is how it's going to look:

What a nice Special Project. Congratulations! Looks great, and has special meaning for you besides. Win/win for sure! :thumbup: :thumbup:

This is epic! Lol! Can't wait to see how that comes out! Is that an "L" to the left, and is it going to block out the cr logo?

That's the x/y arm of the coordinate system in whatever CAD program they use - apparently that's their (0,0,0) point.

That is cool - I work across from Tinker and see those things all the time. Very neat to see it displayed like that. I look forward to seeing the final product.
 
I liked my new large 21 bocote inlay so much, I looked for another inlay sebenza.........Incoming is a small 21 in the very hard to find Lignum Vitae. Hardest Wood in the world and CRK will not be making any more. Looking forward to it.
