The CRK that caught your eye today, PHOTOS encouraged! The PACK thread!

Here's a similar hard/sapwood combo, in Lignum:

My latest acquisition caught my eye today. With a Case mini-toothpick (high carbon raindrop damascus blades) to show that Mnandi is a relative giant. Oh, and this brand new Mnandi (born 27 Aug 13) can easily be opened with one hand (yea!).

It's funny you should show a slipjoint next to a Mnandi because I was just thinking about that the other day; just how large a Mnandi looks next to one. :D

This slipjoint is especially tiny, and fits nicely in my watch pocket. One of 100 made, with Rob Thomas carbon damascus (but it looks just like SS). Case makes a variety of damascus models.

This is an excellent thread. Like visiting old friends, seeing these venerable CRKs again.

I do have a fondness for slipjoints, that's probably why the Mnandi appeals to me so much.

Holy guacamole! Talk about 50 shades of BE! Very impressive. I prefer blondish tones myself but enjoy the whole range of colors. Festina lente!

Ahhhh Serg ...... that one always catches my eye!!!!

And ...... here is her sister along with my other shades of Box Elder!
