Is it the third a box elder inlay?
Love how Lisa did some really creative Lg/Sm sets -- and when it wasn't so apparent until you placed them side by side.

I admired d.r.h's new Mnandi today, incredible! Hope he doesn't mind me using his pics:
Don't mind at all! It's still catching my eye as well!! However, what caught my eye (and ear) first was what you see in the second picture. Somewhere (and I can't seem to find it right now) there was some discussion about the sound made opening a Damascus Mnandi ..... the scratchy sound vs a smooth sound (like opening a Mnandi with a non-Damascus blade). I didn't quite understand what all that was about until I looked at this new Mnandi. Notice the detent area at the blade tang .... seems like CRK is now either polishing or not etching part of that area. Same thing can be noticed on Big_E's new Snakewood/Ladder Mnandi shown here. So, unlike earlier Mnandis ... there is no scratchy sound opening the knife. I could go either way with the sound ..... but don't much care for the shiny metal, sitting there in a sea of Damascus, when the knife is in a partially open position.
Very nice bark, Falco57.
