Who on the list gets it? If so, have you gotten the one yet that has the Hawg folders on the cover? I have some knives featured in the insider cover. They sent me a couple copies. The cover says Novemeber. I was wondering if they actually came out in November, or when they was sent. If you get this catalog, please respond.

Thanks,

I got it Lynn.I got the November catalog yesterday.I do'nt know the deal with that.Your knives look great

Lynn,
I have recieved free copies of the cutting edge along with the AG Russel catolog. Paying for catologs is against my religon! I know if you buy something from the Cutting Egde you will get it for free or something like that. I tried to order twice and both times the knives were sold!

Lynn,
Never noticed that about your name.

Your knives look GREAT no matter what your name is spelled like.

Do you hear that?
That is the sound of inevitability.

Lynn - IIRC, your posts aren't lost, just the # of posts that show up in your profile. I think that all posts will still be there, and your old misspelled profile name will be there, it will just show up as an "unregistered" member instead of a "Senior member" that you are now. Of course, you'd need another hundred posts with your new correctly spelled profile to reach senior member status again. SOmeone correct me if I'm wrong.

I think Senator is correct. I think it was Vampire Gerbil that used to be fireprez. All his old posts are there as well.

Beautiful work, Lynn.

About time I see some stag on your blades. They look fantastic.

Don't fret over your name on the forum. Your work speaks for you.

I love those knives Lynn. They look great. I used to get the Cutting Edge. I guess not buying anything made them not want to sent me anything. Oh well.

Lynn,

WOW! Those are really nice! The one on the bottom is a Tracker, right? Also is A.G. Russell the only way to get one?

For me, the bead blast doesn't work with the stag grips.

You asked.

I agree with Blues. Those would be some great looking knives with satin or hand-rubbed finishes. I thought I saw on your message board that you were thinking about not offering those finishes as options. Is that true? If so, I think that's a shame. For the most part, I like just about all of your designs, but would never buy one with a bead-blasted finish.

Lynn, VERY NICE looking knives. I like the stag handles, the blade profiles, the grinds. What is the steel? However, I agree with Senator on the finish issue. I prefer a hand rubbed, satin, or antiqued finish to a bead blast finish. That finish just doesn't look 'right' to me somehow for a traditional style belt knife. This is Not a criticism, just a statement of personal taste. Thanks for sharing the pics.

Paracelsus - it's hard to see in that pic, but they are marked ATS-34 on the blade.

Just got my copy the other day, nice looking stag on those knives, a lot of nice looking knives in there.
Must be AG Russell has a Y2K glitch, as pointed out above, the current Issue has November 1999 on the bottom of the front cover, should have been January's issue! Haven't called them on it yet...

Just for my $.02, Lynn, I like your knives, but I hate BB blades. Please do some satin finishes.

Apparently I should have never posted this thread, or most of the threads that I have posted. Seems people have complained about me promoting my knives to much. This is a knife forum, I like knives, I really like my knives so I talk about them. Anyway, that is not acceptible behavior on my part, because I am the maker. People here can talk about my knives, but I have to walk a very fine line because some people get really pissed off that anything I say may result in my selling a knife. I would love to answer your questions, but I can't answer them here if it is regards to my knives. If you would like to e-mail me, or ask it on my forum I will be happy to answer you. I hope I don't get in too much trouble for saying that. I am really going to try to post as little as possible from now on. Sorry to those I pissed off.
