The Everything Bacon Thread

Amazing idea right! I haven't had a chance to try it out, BECKERHEADS!! LETS ROLL!! report back ASAP with results!! LOL

Make bacon lattice from roughly 4 lbs of bacon:


Cover in around 6 pounds of pork breakfast sausage:


Season with tasty spices:


Cover in Dubliner cheese:


Add bacon-wrapped brats cooked in Guinness, butter, and onions. Also add potatoes, scotch eggs, corned beef, and cabbage. Also more bacon:


Roll up into a neat meat roll:


Baste with a mixture of Jameson and brown sugar, and slow cook on low heat or smoke:


Remove from oven, looking all tasty and baconified.


Cut with Becker and enjoy!

I am not ashamed to say that I might be just a little bit in love with you now Crimson...lol Its just a little, but I cannot find any shame in me anywhere over it.
 
Holy cow, I gained a quick 5 lbs by a mere glance of that, haha.

That's right, Bacon cologne .......
 
Unroll cinnamon rolls and put 'em back together with a strip of bacon in each one. Bake normally. Yum!

These are a little funny-lookin' because the dough didn't unroll easily... but they still taste good.
 
This thread might quite possible be the most evil thing I've ever seen by combining two of my favorite things.

I'm hungry and I want to cut something. :confused:

Ingredients:
10 strips of 1 inch thick bacon
1 lb of Ground Pork
3 pieces of rindless bacon (for cripsy bacon pieces)
BBQ sauce
Pork Rub seasoning (use anything you want) - I used
- Smokey Paprika
- BBQ Smokey seasoning
- BBQ seasoning
- Italian seasoning
 
The BLT....God's perfect food...



All your basic food groups...bacon, bread, veggies, mayo.
I think the acid from the tomato, slight bitterness of romaine lettuce, and creamy mayo really bring out the delicious baconi-ness of the bacon. The bread is just a holder.

Since my Beckers are still in shipping, gratuitous inclusion of Zwilling/JA Henckels Four Star II serrated utility knife. Perfect for slicing tomatoes, but taking recommendations on which Becker to use....
