Any chowder that starts with this is bound to be good. Add carrot, onion, potato, ham, 3 cups of cheddar and milk and it's practically a heart attack in a bowl. What a way to go!
Prep the veg with your trusty ESEE Becker kitchen knives. Freshly sharpened...cuts like a laser.
Saute carrots and onion in bacon grease.
Better yet, teach your son how to do it, so you can watch the game next time and experience that heart attack even sooner.
Dinner is served. Just needs some of those famous preserves ala Guyon (Gunyon?).
