The 'Evil' bay..The good ,bad, and just plain ugly..

What I really love is when a sniper goes for something I'm bidding on and loses by pennies at the last second (and that happens alot).

I don't lowball bid on things I want, so if I get out bid by a sniper, they are usually paying too much or at least more than it's worth to me. Just because some one is a sniper doesn't mean they will always win. You still have to out bid the other guy;)

Yes...that's happened to me...but I set my limit and I'm happy not to go over.

Very true...sniping is just another tool. Knowing what you want and what you are willing to pay, is the most important thing.
I often end up paying close to my maximum bid...which is fine...especially when I'm bidding on hard to find old motorcycle parts...
But sometimes, I get a screaming deal, which is a bonus.
