Junk. Dangerous junk. Some of the older Frost traditional pattern knives, made in Japan, were ok for what they were... but these things shown here are dangerous junk.
I have a Frost Bowie and it is a decent knife. Its full tang with neoprene handle and I put a nice edge on it.It's my work/camp knife,I can easily lop off small tree limbs with it or break some bones with it(hehehe). This is the only Frost knife I own and I'm satisfied with it.Don't know much about there other products.I just thought someone should say something positive.Hey,if you like it then buy it.
I just wanted to hop in here for a minute to clarify something. Frost Cutlery is crap! But, there is a compnay called "Frost's of Sweden" they make Moras and Puukos. Those are high quality and not the same people. Just wanted to make sure no one get's a bad rap they don't reserve.
I got to see a couple of the khukuri machete's at a show. They are very poorly tempered and handled, with very thin blades and recklessly poor sheaths. If you carry one into the woods, be sure to take along a garbage bag, so you can carry it back out when its done. But, look on the bright side, if you get tired of the khukuri shape you can simply snap the back of the knife againt a 1/2 inch tree branch and straighthen it out.
