Yeah I was full of BS... I clocked myself at 1.660 secs for a basic horiz open & close.
 
Quitting smoking .. hey, I got some friends here .. hurray!

I quit around 3 years ago .. didn't use any replacement, just gnaw it and hold back my stomach when the urge came (the worst was after meal and while doing nothing). Then slowly the interval between urge got longer .. longer and longer. Nowadays, smell of cigarettes hurts my nose / brain .. what a change.
