Dealt with them 1 time. Called in simple order for 2 pairs shoes. They confirmed and would ship- approximate 7 business days arrival. More than 7 days passed. I called for stat check. They stated that my order should have been shipped already. They never called back. More than 2 weeks passed and I called again. They stated that they were waiting for stock delivery. Say what??? Almost 4 weeks from first call, the package arrived. I noticed the shipping addy was from another location. Perhaps dropped shipped from manufacturer? Wrong initial info; no contact on their part; charged my card at time of order; late shipping, pure BS. That' s all folks.
