Byron, thanks for posting the pic of yourself and Charlie. Always great to see pics from knife events.Reflecting on another successful Rendezvous! Not measured by the number of knives acquired, but rather by the human connections and camaraderie! It was a pleasure to finally meet Charliewaynorth and to catch up with old friends from Maine to Florida; California to Alaska and many other locations scattered within those corners.

Hey, Thanks Dan! I always get caught up in the knives and conversations and never take as many pics as I intend to. I do have a few other photos from the Rendezvous and I'll post them in the "Let's Talk GEC" thread where I meant to post those pics. Or, maybe I'll start a new thread for Knife Show Pictures?

It was a great weekend and a pleasure to finally meet you as well! Thanks for signing my tube of your latest TC…It’s a cherished piece of the collection now. Will, you know I was an English major in college! Maths were not my strong suit.
That's nothing compared to me....after age 12 when I could do all mental arithmetic- add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions fast and faultlessly - I simply switched off from maths classes. Trigonometry and all those books of signs and formulae, angles 
This was the time pocket calculators were first taking hold and I felt vindicated I was so poor at maths - on purpose, that the school decided not to enter me for examinations- a waste of tax payers money they thundered. I agreed and took Biology instead and loved it, excelled even.Talking of excelled, just to keep it knife focused here's my Northfield 25 Watch Pocket Barlow Burnt Stag one of 25 serialized No.19
As it's the rarer Drop-Point the blade is very low in the frame and it's impossible to read the tang stamp numbers being hidden, for the maths minded...it has an interesting number combination 255111 (courtesy of tube top and GEC website)
