The first spyderco you will buy in 2016?

My sister has the addiction now and she's waiting for a bunch to drop in 2016. She just got a blurple PM2 yesterday. I was totally jealous. Still don't own a PM2 but I'll be all over that sprint run in M4.

same here...waiting for the Mantra 2 and MAYBE a spring PM2....Maybe...
 
Top of my wishlist is for the rumored 3" version of the Para Military 2 Sal has said is in engineering development for production in Golden but that may not happen in 2016 and I seriously doubt I'll make it through the year without buying a few. I may get a Native 5 in fluted carbon fiber or a sage 1 and/or 2 is possible. As a purely collector item, I have my eye on the fluted titanium military as well.

Only time will tell ....
 
I'll have a Cricket an Air and a HAP40 Delica waiting for me when I get home after the new year. Don't know if that counts.

Hoping to get a lil Lum and a Nirvana when they drop, if they in fact drop in 2016
 
I'm a day early but I just received a Techno today, great knife and it may be my favorite so far. Now I need to decide what I want as my next EDC for 2016.
 
Depends on what hits stock first, either HAP40 Stretch or M4 PM2 in the translucent natural g10. If all else fails I'll go for the blurple S110V PM2.
 
I don't know enough about Spyderco knives to make an informed decision, but I'm leaning toward the PM2 because of all the respect it gets on these forums.

That's a good start. I even see alot of non Spyderco fans that like the PM2 so it's a safer bet to get your feet wet.
 
I'm really digging the catalog this year. There are alot of Spydies on my wishlist, so it will probably depend alot on when things get released. The first one I'm probably going to order is the Big Brother to my S110V PM2, the Millie in S110V. I have the HAP40 Stretch on Pre-Order though (so I guess that means that I 'bought' it in 2015), but technically that will probably be the first one that I get in 2016.
 
M4 Paramilitary 2 bladeHQ exclusive (hoping I'm quick enough to snag one) or HAP40 dragonfly, which ever is released first.
 
Don't really plan on a new one this year. Though the only one I don't own that appeals to me is the Kahr Arms version of the Delica. Though really wish there was a G10 handled version of it. So, that's the most likely one.
 
Mantra is high on my list, but unfortunately not next. Their release kind of blind sided me.


I've saved for the Stretch HAP40, the Military Sprint, and possibly one of the 2 upcoming M4 PM2's.
So, whichever of those drops next will be my first for 2016.
(If for whatever reason none of those 3 drop in the next 2-3 months, then I'll have to revise my plan!)

A Temperance 2 or possibly Sprig are high on my list for fixed blades as well...
