Though not yet in hand, I'd be remiss if I didn't add Jared Oeser's fine rendition of a Diamond Edge Cattle Knife to the group presented in this thread.

The knife is 3 5/8" closed with CPM-154 blades and springs. Blades are @ 62 Rc and hand finished to 800 grit. Integral bolsters, pinned shield and all stainless hardware complete the essential info.

Weight is 3.1 ounces:

We are drifting into pure art here, though still useful.

Bumping this one up from the depths. This is Mr. Saldana's first attempt at a 3 blade pattern. He knocked it way outta the park IMO.
