hey B byrd687 ... commenting on your post in the flea market thread about a 3V camp knife with "fancy scales". if you find a mid-tech version, you could put some scales on it yourself. limitless possibilities!

Agreed. Have thought that. Of course, the mid tech scales are equivalent to a lot of other makers ‘fancy’ scales, in terms of quality so it’s all relative

I plan on beating the crap out of it, but want to do so with style

You are correct Warrior108 . I wanted to give a Woodsman a try, but the shape and feel just aren't what I was looking for. One of those things you know as soon as you pick it up. Hence, moving it on before I'm tempted to take it out and use it.
