The Freekin Folder...

The thin NICK is sort of a chisel grind. It's flat ground on the other side, but with a V edge (mine is anyway). A true chisel would be "sabre" ground on the ground side, wouldn't it?

The XXL NICKs were true sabre ground on the same pattern, just thicker, .22 I think (I haven't owned an XXL) vs my thin at .098

I definitely required INFI to baton through these fungi :D

They softened up nicely after cooking though ;)

I have a Dalibor Draco I'm my pocket now with a Skike on the way. Them and Medford are the closest I can find to what I think a Busse folder tank would be like

Tyrade- That drawing very interesting. Thanks.
I do believe Jerry is working out all the bugs. The Busse folder has to be HOG proof.

Jerry is on top of the game with fixed blades
Why would he take a chance in an over saturated folder market

Because it would be Busse folder and folders are in demand, not fixed blades, except for smaller models like Neckers.

Rolf - Given the way Wednesday Madness has been going around here - I think it is safe to say that at least Busse Kin fixed blades are still in demand.

Dwaine- Oh yes, I agree, as are others; Dozier, Crusader Forge, etc.
Busse fixed blades will always be in demand.

lol! Yep!
Speaking of spiders, my 25 year old female tatantula just died. Sylvia had a nice long life here with me. She will be missed.

I heard the Folders were made.

Then, Boss did not like some detail about them. So he trucked them out into the desert and buried them. Just like Atari with the ET games.

OK - time for a treasure hunt. Just like in the old days with the dog tags.

It's how you separate the men from the boys...there are "handgun an folder" people (the boys) an there are "rifle and fixed blade" people (the men) now it doesn't mean you don't own any or all of these styles.... but it's what you gravitate to, what tickles your intrests...what do you grab for first when shtf!!??? For me it's my Fat Ash1 and my M14!!
