The Frozen Ham Challenge - I Shoulda Used A Busse or Carothers 😂

Waaaaaay back before 9-11 there was a guy by the name of Gaucho who did fighting knife reviews here and at kf.c.
His signature test was the free hanging leg of lamb cut.

But he never froze them 😝😜😁
 
Was this ham purchased already frozen? I've never seen whole or even half hams sold in the freezer section (not saying they don't exist)
If it was purchased already thawed, then the cut could have been made before being frozen. Just speculative thoughts here

Seen them frozen all the time after Easter, super common here.
 
I broke the tip off a favorite Farberware Chef's knife trying to cut a half-gallon of ice cream in half into two, one quart, single-serving sizes! :p

Cutco replaces anything and everything, my son sells them. You can buy one used and the warranty still holds. That is why you pay double or more what the knife is worth LOL.

I bought the top 4x cutco's for 10 bucks at this weekend's rosebowl flea market, they have the diamonds on either side of the cutco stamp, the fishing knife below it, well, cost me a pretty penny but I wanted to replace the one I had when I was 10 years old that my sis gave me when she was selling them back in '73. My original one had the cutco inside the diamond. Yeah, the top four cutco's need some restoring, if you look close at them you could see where the previous owner tried sharpening them on an electric kitchen knife sharpener. The one on the right is the one where I'm getting those grind marks out. And polished out the handle. 1752554525720.jpeg

What kinda weight classes are we gonna have next April, for the 1st annual frozen ham challenge?

Light
Mid
Heavy
Super Heavy
Swords
Battle Axes...?

Do all the knives have to be cutco?
