There are a number of reasons why H1 would be difficult for that design. To make a long story short it can only be viably commercially used in designs that use a saber grind. Ask about it on the Spyderco forum for the answer. :)

Remember too that there isn't a hard and fast distinction between carbon and stainless; its more of a continuum. D2 isn't technically a stainless, but it is right on the border.

Another vote for a nice folder as mentioned above!!
 
I think my BM Grip just shook a little bit looking at the RC folder. As much as I LOVE the Axis lock I am really liking the RC folder. Looks good and I am looking forward to seeing it in person :D
