ive lived in springdale for about two months now and i finally got around to going to a.g.russel.i was pleasantly surprised.allison, the woman at the knife store, was very friendly, and she didnt get mad when i kept asking to look at the different knives.i was like a kid in a candy store.the returned knives were very low priced but in good shape.i got a Kershaw Whirlwind for 30 buks, with just a slight chip on the tip, this knife is great for its cost.they also had a pretty good selection of knives.lots of spydies and kershaws and asst.fixed blades oh my!anyway,i was vry pleased witht ag russel, the service was great, the returned knives were great and im happy with my purchase.

I have to agree about AG's service and excellent customer treatment, though their prices can be high at times.
Short story- about 7-8 years ago one of their catalogs had a mistake in it. I knew the same knife with sheephorn handles couldn't be less than the one with wood handles. I called and spoke to AG's wife Goldie. She said it was a mistake but they would honor it until the next catalog was mailed. I bought 2 and have been a customer since. IMO, most dealers would have just said it was a mistake and not honored it.

AG's prices can be a little on the high side, but I try to buy at least one knife a year from them so I can keep getting his awesome catalog.

To All,
Just to echo everybody elses' sentiments, Yeah the prices can be a little high but the customer service and returns/exchange policy CANNOT be beat. (Now if they would just re-introduce the Combat/Utility Bowie)
