The Great 8

Rusty, great collection. I can’t get the far right one to zoom in enough to clearly see it. Does it have bone handles?

Brown jigged Delrin without digging the knife out. 99% sure they are not bone.

The early, bone Waldens are just stunning. It helps that the ‘8’ pattern is, to me, the perfect Stockman.

A few 881’s tonight for the thread.

Good looking knives. Careful, it’s addicting and these guys around here don’t do anything to help you stop:confused::confused:

Thanks. I'm thinking a jigged 881 should be next.

Paul, I had an idea today. Instead of a cabin, how about a corral...I’ll provide a heard of Bison:D

I may have went a little overboard once I started to collect some of the Schrade made Parker Frost Bison’s, but sometimes you just find something you like:confused:

I have a few of the Bison and think they show case what Schrade was capable of.
I sort of look at them as the poor mans alternative to the earliest of the Walden ‘8’s with the saw cut bone scales. I’ve looked for one of those for years to no avail.
