From my testing it looks like 12-14 is about all you can accomplish with the factory blade width. Not really a 'sharp' issue...

I got so excited I had to sharpen my blade.. Then I realized that your kind "warnings" to tighten the bolts wasn't comlpete bull
Suddenly one dropped out when I was sharpening my blade!!
