You should be excited....it's always a good day when you receive Hinderer goodies. And as far as your last statement goes....I think it's probably fair to say you are in the lead by a long, long way!
I was out golfing in San Diego a couple years ago and stayed with a buddy in Point Loma....pretty sure every day is a flip flip and sunglasses day....awesome place to live....
 
Haha I win! I'm anxiously waiting for the mailman.

I love it here in San Diego. If you can get past the high cost of living it's a great place to live. We've been having some record high weather this past week. Today it's in the 80's but next week it should cool down a bit.

ETA: San Diego is great! I've been there a few times and enjoyed it very much.

Yeah, someone posted a pic and said they were looking for one on FB a few months back. This was Rob's response: "Those are rare, SF has only made those as gifts and they made a handful for a past GTG at the shop and we gave them away. They will not be offered for sale.". Derrick did a giveaway for one and said they were a pain to make and said it was the last one they had. Been hunting once since January.

Thanks for the info. That is cool as hell! I'm glad that you found one. I just added that to my list of things that I want but are impossible to find. Haha.
 
I've only tracked down 3 (this one included) based on posts I've seen here and there. I have to say, it was easier to get this than my pond though (even though I think more ponds exist). Pond took way longer and if it wasn't for Bapple having a pair, I'd still be looking.

Congrats David, that is an awesome score. One of these days I'd love to get a silver crusader clip for one of my xm's. I think I'd prefer that to the dragon or the bullet ones (ironically). Nice photo too!
 
It's been a little while since I posted in this thread...

I have some bronze pivots that should be showing up tomorrow - looking forward to pairing them up with the bronze handle screws on a few of my -18s.

Also, might have an XM showing up tomorrow. nbd ;)
