Finally got my B8 last night. As expected it is fairly similar to the SARGE-7. The SARGE-7 might be a little heavier, but would need a scale to be sure. The B8 is a tiny bit shorter, a little wider in the blade, and is balanced about an inch further forward. Overall they're both very versatile blades, but the SARGE-7 is a little more stabby and the B8 a little more choppy.

Interesting stuff guys, I have not put a straight edge to mine but it just looks the slightest bit full convex to my eyes. Has the shop confirmed either way on this issue?

Right now my knives has gone from Wauseon to Chicago and then again to Elk Groove Village (O`Hare International Airport i guess). Might have them by the end of next week.:thumbup:
