yeah, without meaning to... I have to admit, I'm still a newbie (I don't even have a total of 10 bussekin yet, getting there quick though & have been a fan for years), so a great deal of satisfaction has been derived from hitting the 5k posting.

I'm plenty mad enough already....

I am reminded of what my former gunsmith/ ffl holder used to say. "I'll tell you how to make a small fortune in the gun business. Start out with a large fortune."

The same could be said about busse collecting.

I always try to make "reasonable" purchases. Not so much in the beginning, but have observed and learned enough that I can at least get what I paid for a knife - should I decide to sell. Some, I bought way under their current, and hopefully future, worth. Knives as investments - while you enjoy them. What a deal...;-)
