Find yourself a nice bottle of Sauternes. It's the perfect pairing for bacon. And since it's a sweet desert wine, it's not something you drink much of, and it's something even non-drinkers can enjoy (unless it's a religious objection or something, in which case, never mind),

Nope not a religious thing, just usually armed or on call. Hmmm, may have to give that a try next time I'm off for any length of time. My oldest son works for one of the big names in the wine industry here in N. Kalifornistan... I'll set him on the trail for a bottle. Thanks for the tip!
