Outstanding customer service. Fast shipping. I've picked up a few microtechs from him now and he's always a pleasure to deal with. Figured it was time to give him a shout out and spread the pleasure of doing business with him.
 
I have not bought anything from his store (yet, but I will), but I've noticed that he is very helpful to folks in the autos section. That alone deserves some sort of a high 5. Glad to have him as a member here. :)
 
Yep. Very. I found out about him here and have seen him help people who didn't even buy their knives from him. Now, I have an issue with one of mine that I did get from him and he is making it right. Even sent me a prepaid shipping label to get it back. That's not something they I've found very common in business's today.
