That’s my kinda work!
I can't commit to the challenge when I am trying to pick one of 400+ knives to carry and getting lightheaded...Welp, I put my foot down. Told the wife that I won't be relinquishing my new Inkosi for Christmas gift wrapping. She actually agreed, which is hilarious.
Initial impressions. This knife has a magnificent factory edge. Even, symmetrical, sharp. The blade stock is not cartoonishly thick, which is how I remember my first large Inkosi. In fact, I want to experiment and see if it makes a meaningful difference in cutting performance when compared to a Sebenza. The action is on the smoother end of normal for a new CRK. It's stiff, but you can tell it will break in with time.
Ergonomics seem well suited to my hand, although I have not had a chance to do any work with it yet. I think I could beat down a barn door with this pocket knife.
I was thinking of a 30 day Inkosi challenge thread. Would I have any support? Maybe when some of you merry gentlemen finish with your damascus tribulation?

Does it have to be the same Inkosi or can you rotate among these three? They're still Inkosi.

Nice selection !
The inlay (an Insingo) was my first CRK and I would say is my favorite of the three at the moment.Nice selection !
Do you have a favorite, or does it depend on the day![]()
Well our friend M Modernflame is putting together a 1 Month Inkosi challenge so now you can join the rest of us idiots in ignoring the rest of our knives for 31 of the longest days you can imagine…why are we doing this again?
That’s kinda why I’ve had an eye out for a PJ, because I really want to give this some carry time, and I’m more likely to carry this than something with fancy inlays. And because I’m cheap. Because God knows I don’t have any other suitable options to carry. In the drawer. Or on my work desk where there currently sit 11 folders plus a couple of SAKs. Or the two cases full of Bucks, Kershaws, and an assortment of other odds and ends. I was supposed to be done a couple of weeks ago with the Spyderco Smock. Yeah, right. Every one has a story. Unfortunately the stories get weaker and weaker as the knives pile up.Well our friend M Modernflame is putting together a 1 Minth Inkosi challenge so now you can join the rest of us idiots in ignoring the rest of our knives…
